BadgeCert Earner Support
Have you gone through our Earner FAQs and contacted our assistant Badgy, but still need help?
- If you are in the BadgeCert system as an earner, you can now submit the BadgeCert Earner Support form. Your inquiry will be sent to the organization that issued your badge.
- Please note: Only BadgeCert badge recipients/earners can request support via this form. If you are not in the BadgeCert system as an earner, you will need to contact the organization directly for support.

Please log in to the BadgeCert administration portal with your username and password, and click “Issuer Help” in the left-side menu.
